Jaws 19, the new holofilm, directed by Stephen Spielberg’s son Max, was predicted to hit Holomax cinemas in October 2015 in Back to the Future Part II.
Now as we know there have been 4 Jaws films to date:
Jaws: Which made you afraid to go in the water
Jaws 2: Which made you afraid to go back in the water
Jaws 3-D: Which was a new dimension in terror
Jaws: The Revenge where it was personal!
Cruel Jaws, also known as the Beast, is sometimes marketed as Jaws 5. However, it is not an official part of our favourite franchise of all time.
We don’t have a lot of love for Universal Studios, who released the films, as to date Jaws is the only film they have digitally enhanced for a Blu-Ray release. We want the other 3 to follow (especially if they release 3 in 3-D) as we have never seen it in that format.
They have redeemed themselves a little this week, when they finally let us know what to expect from Jaws 5, right up to the BTTF proposed Jaws 19! This was done by releasing a trailer onto Social Media, to promote the new Back to the Future 30th Anniversary box set release.
You can watch the Jaws 19 trailer here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Pl092whRLlI
So what can we expect from the rest of the franchise:
Jaws 5: This time it was just Business
Jaws 6: This time it was pure pleasure
Cyberjaws aka J.A.W.S 7: Just when you thought it was safe to log on
Robojaws: aka Jaws 8: made you afraid of robotic sharks
Jaws 9: Brought back Chief Brody’s grandson, who assembles a super team of shark hunters
Jaws 10: Was Man vs Shark vs All the creatures of the depths
Jaws 11: Gave us Jaws in Outer Space
Jaws 12: Was a prequel
Jaws 13: Was a sequel to the prequel
Jaws 14: Another new era in terror, as this time Jaws started a family
Jaws 15: Saw Jaws battle a Russian shark called Ivan Sharkovsky
Jaws 16: Saw Jaws head to New York to take a bite out of the big apple
Jaws 17 aka Fifty Scales of Grey: Saw jaws learn about love from a mysterious stranger
Jaws 18 Origins: was a mind blowing new reboot
Jaws 19: Now with the Oceans disappearing, Jaws and the other sharks must attack and this time it’s really, really personal!
The one thing that is true is that we would see all 15 of these but if we had to pick a favourite it has to be 15 doesn’t it? Which is your favourite, we’d love to hear from you
